More About Me
My journey into healing work began with my own necessity. After years of chronic back pain and hip pain, I discovered the profound impact that gentle bodywork could have on both physical and emotional well-being. This personal experience led me to leave the corporate world - I'm not a desk person, I can't do that - and pursue something hands-on that truly mattered to me.
My own pain became my greatest teacher, showing me that healing isn't just about fixing what's broken - it's about listening to what your body is trying to tell you. Being a healer is very important to me, and I decided I needed to pass on what I had learned.
I believe in meeting you where you are, not where I think you should be. Your body knows what it needs; my job is to create the space and safety for that wisdom to emerge. I work with the understanding that everything is connected - your physical pain might be holding an emotional story, and your nervous system might need regulation before anything else can shift.
Every person who comes to my table brings their unique story, and I welcome all spiritualities, all walks of faith, and all types of people regardless of gender or sexuality. Your healing journey is honored here, whatever form it takes.
